These guys are a fortune 100 company and have paid out over $18 billion in claims since 2017. They also do business in other areas like financial services, commercial lines and personal lines, across all 50 U.S states.
It seems like their customers are happy enough with the customer service they receive; however, the perceived value of their auto insurance is not as good as their customers would like. Therefore, their customers find it difficult to recommend their car insurance policies to friends or family members.
They’re also seen as not being the most affordable provider, as their customers have reported they offer pretty standard coverage and discounts when compared to other large insurance companies.
