According to its customers, they don’t feel like they’re in the best of hands and would like to see better value and customer service in the future.
It also has pretty high rates compared to other large insurance companies in America and it’s general average claims satisfaction isn’t too great either.
With that said, they’re most known for providing customers with good discounts. So, do your research before you choose to use them as your car insurance provider and you might be able to get a good discount.
